Always a favorite... Kenilworth Independence Day parade. There are 10 lady veterans that would like to ride on or in our Corvettes. These ladies are the sweets bakers for our car show each year so we hope you will show them our support. We do not ever charge them for this ride. Decorate your cars, optional of course, we use only blue painter's tape to adhere the decorations so there is no residue. Throws of candy, beads, trinkets are always welcome. Sams and Carnival Mart near Cortana are favorite places to get these. Dress patriotic and cool. Always a great family crowd and we roll down a shady boulevard. We meet up at 5:30 PM at the Albertson's parking lot, corner of Perkins and Essen. We leave the parking lot together for the line up at 5:45 PM, parade rolls at 6:30 PM. We usually go to Roux 61 on Bluebonnet for dinner after.
