The Dream Day Foundation has once again asked us to take part in their annual "Fishin‘ Galore" event by bringing some cars out to the hotel where the out-of-town families are staying to display and let the kids sit in and take pictures with the cars.
They have requested 15 cars max, to come to the Baton Rouge Marriot on Friday evening May 1st from 5pm to 7pm.
We will most likely go to eat at Carrabba‘s just down the street afterwards.
Anyone interested is asked to register by the end of business Wednesday April 29th so we can let them know how many of us are coming. Only the person driving the car need register.

Monthly member meeting for all members and prospective members owning Corvettes to gather. Drive that Corvette. We arrive around 6:30 PM to socialize prior to our meeting start time. After the meeting, we will dine at a restaurant close by announced during the meeting for a head count.

**Several of us are heading to the NCM Motorsports Park and the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY following Talladega. We are running the track on Sunday, May 24th at 4:00 pm and will be touring the Museum on Monday. Tuesday will be the Tail of the Dragon Day before heading home if interested.
We are staying at the Sleep Inn on Corvette Dr.

Super Lucky Louies has asked us to display our cars at their Customer Appreciation Day. They will be making a donation to our Club for St. Jude. Free hotdogs all-day. Enter to win amazing prizes - free gas, gift cards & more. This should be a fun time with their Video Poker machines onsite. Event is from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, but we will probably leave midafternoon.

Dicky Butler will be leading the Club on a day cruise for lunch at Nyla’s Burger Basket and then a cruise to the Lynyrd Skynyrd Monument. We will be traveling the backroads.

LOGISTICS: We will meet for 9:30 am in Walker, LA next to Jack in the Box (now Pickleball Kingdom) Hwy 447.
